The work is a blend of education, organization development,
leadership and communication. It is a focus on transformational
learning in the midst of relationships and projects that values
the human side of leadership and the importance of
dialogue taking place in order for anything meaningful to
happen.
The primary focus on our work is process orientated. That
means we don’t tell you where you should be or even
where you are. Our work is to help you figure out where you
are and where you want to go. Then to work with you to help
you develop a process that maximizes ownership, growth, values people,
reinforces learning at all levels and gives an organization
a greater effectiveness to serve others.
Each of the areas below will be fine tuned and organized
around the needs of the organization involved and tailor made
to fit their desires. The key points are a reference point
for areas that can be covered in a workshop.
