The book is a story between an old retired teacher who has taught children all his life and a young manager who has somehow survived the educational system, but still doesn’t know how to learn. They meet by accident on a green park bench and a relationship begins that will change both of them.

The old teacher, takes basic principles from his many years of teaching and weaves them through stories from his students who learned to learn. The young manager, blinded by the apparent complexity of the office world, sees that it is possible to learn and manage in the midst of chaos.
